Matthias leads Business Development across all markets. Prior to joining PayU in October 2016, Matthias spent 12 years with PayPal, culminating his career there leading as Senior Director of Business Development in Europe, Middle East and Africa. He started his career at Bertelsmann SE & Co, where he spent 2 years. His experience includes global sales, business development, strategic partnerships, cross-border trade, marketing & public relations. Matthias holds a Masters degree in Business Administration with specialisations in Finance and Marketing from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany.
