Matthieu founded VisVires New Protein in 2014 with a focus on innovative solutions to the acute inefficiencies of the food industry. They look for disruptive technologies to improve the interaction between food and health, to tackle food waste, food safety & traceability, and to address the unsustainability of the protein production system. Matthieu has over 25 years’ experience in investment management. Most recently, as Senior Managing Director, Director of Research as well as a member of the Executive and Investment committees of Everest Capital. Prior to that, he was with Banque Paribas in Hong Kong, New York, Taipei and Paris.
