Max Rebol is CEO and Managing Partner of Harbour Industrial Capital, a Polkadot-focused VC fund. He is a prolific speaker on everything Web3, DeFi and Polkadot. Max is also co-founder of PolkaPort East, a HK based growth initiative for Polkadot, supported by the Decentralised Futures Program or the Web3 Foundation. Born and raised in Austria, he spent over 15 years in the Greater China region where he worked for an investment bank prior to discovering Bitcoin and diving into crypto full-time.
