Ms. Meirav Har-Noy serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Iris Ventures. Ms. Har-Noy has over 15 years of investing and company development skills. Prior to joining Iris, she served as Director of Investment and Strategy at Tamares Capital, Apax Partners and Intel Capital. She served as an Investment Manager at Tamares Private Equity (alternate name Tamares Capital), which she joined in August 2007. She served as a Director of Investments and Strategy at Tamares Group. Prior to this, she served as a Principal at BlueRun Ventures, where she was based in its Herzelia office. She served as a Principal of Apax Partners LLP and Apax Partners Worldwide LLP. She joined Apax Partners in 2004. She also developed the Israeli office strategy and served as a Senior Member of Apax worldwide Wireless Focus Group.
