Melanie Chladek joined Institutional Venture Partners (IVP) in 2000. As Administrative Partner and Chief Financial Officer, Melanie is responsible for managing the firm's financial, operational, and administrative activities. These activities include partnership and management company accounting, financial reporting and analysis, tax and treasury, information systems and human resources.
