As head of the management team, Geppi leads the company and utilizes his deep experience and knowledge of strategic management, sales, finance, and government process. ​Geppi currently serves and an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Management and Organization at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. Prior to the founding of Integrata in October 2012, Geppi served as Senior Vice President of BB&T and held senior posts in the commercial banking group. Prior to that position, Geppi was Vice President of M&T Bank where he served as a commercial banker and led the commercial bank in the Harford/Cecil County Market for that institution. Before M&T Bank he was with the Maryland Department of Transportation where he served as a gubernatorial appointee in several economic development positions, including security sensitive posts at the Port of Baltimore and Baltimore Washington International Airport.
