Michael Allen has over 21 years of experience in acquiring, structuring, financing and disposing companies, primarily in Europe. His experience as a principal covers 10 years and transactions across a broad range of infrastructure sectors including transport (roads, ports and rail in particular), gas storage and transmission, electricity transmission, water and telecommunications infrastructure. Michael was a member of the team that founded Arcus in 2009 and, since inception, has been the asset manager for the Fund’s investment in Brisa and has recently worked on the execution of the asset management strategy for Brisa, including the offer for all outstanding shares (2012) and take private (2013) as well as several transactions and financings, such as the offer for E+ towers in Germany (2012) and the acquisition finance for Angel Trains (2008).
