Michael Flood

About

Mike is a member of the Investment Committees for Northleaf's private equity and private credit programs. Mike oversees the origination, evaluation and monitoring of Northleaf’s private equity investments and leads the private equity investment team. In addition, he is involved in Northleaf’s investor relations and business development activities. Mike serves on the advisory boards of several partnerships within Northleaf’s portfolio. Prior to joining Northleaf’s predecessor, TD Capital, in 2001, Mike worked at Harrowston Inc., a publicly traded buyout group, where he was involved in building two of its platform companies, as well as assessing and investing in a number of new investment initiatives. Previously, Mike worked at Royal Bank Capital Partners, the private equity division of the Royal Bank of Canada. Mike received a B.A. from Queen’s University, an M.Sc. from Indiana University and an M.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario.
