Mr. Milligan joined Patriot in 2013 and serves as Principal of Investor Relations. Prior to joining Patriot Financial Partners, Mr. Milligan was Director, Institutional Sales with Aviva Investors North America. Mr. Milligan was responsible for developing the initial sales and marketing effort that introduced Aviva to the Taft-Hartley market. Previously, Mr. Milligan was Vice President at Amalgamated Bank, where his responsibilities included Sales and Client Service for the Taft-Hartley and Public Plan markets in the Mid-Atlantic region.
