Prior to joining Five Points Capital in 2011, Michael worked as an analyst for Lazard, an investment banking firm, where he specialized in providing merger and acquisition advisory services to consumer products and services companies in the middle-market. Michael received a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
