He has specialized in forming new and highly profitable business lines. At PaineWebber, as a Vice President in Capital Markets and Convertible Securities, he designed, developed and implemented a marketing plan to increase convertible business among 3,000 retail brokers, growing revenues over 40% annually over a nine-year period.
