Building what’s next in Robotics, Autonomous Systems & Defense Technology I didn’t begin my career in executive offices - I started on the shop floor and in R&D, where ideas meet constraints and theory meets reality. Trained as an industrial mechanics engineer in precision instrumentation, I learned early how machines behave, how systems fail, and how real production and product development truly work. That hands-on foundation still defines my leadership philosophy today: Strategy must function in the real world - not just in presentations! Over the past 30+ years, I have built and scaled businesses across Europe and North America - leading international teams, restructuring organizations, integrating acquisitions, and carrying full P&L responsibility of up to €XXXM across EMEA. But numbers alone don’t tell my story. What truly drives me is building new fields from zero to international scale.
