Michael Messersmith joined American Capital in 2005. Mr. Messersmith has taught at Harvard University and Georgetown Law. Mr. Messersmith received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law School where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and a Law Fellow.
