Mr. Milligan was appointed chairman of the board of directors of our general partner in July 2011. Mr. Milligan is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Axel Johnson, a position he has held since 2003, and a member of its board of directors. Prior to joining Axel Johnson, Mr. Milligan spent 17 years as a partner and member of the board of directors of Monitor Group, a global consulting and merchant banking group. While at Monitor, Mr. Milligan’s activities covered a broad range of disciplines and industry sectors, including oil and gas, communications technology, specialty chemicals and retail and consumer products. Mr. Milligan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University.
