Michael Morris is executive vice president of Real Estate for Zions Bank and managing director of Real Estate Capital Markets for Zions Bancorporation. As executive vice president of Real Estate, Morris is responsible for managing Zions’ overall real estate finance platform. He currently chairs the Real Estate Senior Loan Committee, serves on the Litigation and Credit Administration committees, and is also on the board of Zions Direct, the bank’s broker-dealer. As Managing Director of Real Estate Capital Markets, he is responsible for firm-wide real estate initiatives, including real estate mezzanine debt and the 1031 intermediary exchange business. Prior to joining Zions Bancorporation, he was with JP Morgan Real Estate, Bank One Corporation and First Interstate Bank of California in Los Angeles.
