Michael Rosselli is a Managing Director at Yorkville Advisors and has been with the Firm since 2004. He Co-Chairs the Firm’s Investment Committee and is responsible for originating, structuring and executing financing transactions. He has led financing transactions in a variety of industries including homeland defense, renewable energy and telecommunications. In addition, Michael monitors a portion of the Firm’s overall portfolio, provides portfolio companies with strategic advisory services, and oversees the Fund’s efforts on financing transactions in the Italian marketplace. Prior to joining Yorkville Advisors, Michael worked with Deloitte & Touche for more than eight years as a dedicated M&A specialist. He advised financial and corporate acquirers on mergers, acquisitions, recapitalization transactions and other structured investments ranging in value from $5 million to $5 billion.
