Michael Smith leads Constellation Technology Ventures (CTV), the venture capital investing arm of Exelon Corp., where he oversees CTV’s portfolio of investments in the energy technology space. Mike has worked in various legal, regulatory and commercial roles in the US and European energy sectors and has a strong background in the strategic development and implementation of renewable and sustainable energy product offerings. Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami and a JD from the Duke University School of Law.
