Michael Weiss

Prior to joining Sailing as a partner in 2013, Michael worked in investment banking for 15 years. He most recently served as the head of Morgan Stanley’s China M&A practice, based in Hong Kong. Earlier he worked in a variety of investment banking roles at Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) and Citigroup/Salomon Smith Barney (New York & Hong Kong).
