Mike Fitzgerald has 21 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, primarily focused on wireless network solutions. He has held the position of Vice President of two NASDAQ-quoted companies – ADC Telecommunications (ADCT) and interWAVE Communications (IWAV). He led the MBO of a division of a US company to form Microcellular Systems, brought the company to profitability and completed a successful trade sale of that entity for US$20million in 2000. From 1994- 1996 he was a member of the senior management team running Ericsson’’s wireless business for China and Hong Kong and went on to become Regional Manager (Western USA), running a US$300-million business unit. Mike is a co-founder of Altobridge and a board member of several technology and investment companies, including: Mianach Venture Capital and Blue Ocean Wireless.
