Mike is the co-founder and CEO of Trace, which was acquired by Paylocity (NASDAQ: PCTY). Trace is a pioneering workforce planning platform used by businesses like Lucid, LastPass, and Sprout Social. Mike currently serves as Head of Product at Paylocity for the Office of the CFO. Before Trace, Mike was VP of Finance at Zenefits, where he led the restructuring that resulted in an eventual turnaround sale to TriNet (NYSE: TNET). Mike got his start in tech at Facebook, where he was a product manager for financial tools. Mike has helped raise over half a billion dollars in venture capital. As an angel, Mike has made seed or pre-seed investments in multiple break-out companies, including Teamshares, Thoropass, XPHealth, Mozart Data, and Dock.
