Ingster currently serves as Vice President of Sales, West North America at Magma Design Automation, where he has been employed since 2000. Magma provides a single executable capable of RTL-GDSII design, the leading provider of physical synthesis solutions for 0.13 micron and below. Prior to Magma, Ingster was Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Moscape Design, a software company specializing in circuit and noise analysis products.
