I became interested in protecting software over 30 years ago when I wrote my first software application that was being sold in the broadcast industry. Knowing how easy it would be for my hard work to be pirated, I sought out a simple way to copy protect my application. Thirty years later, my company serves over 6000 customers around the globe, and my passion to help other entrepreneurs and software developers has not decreased. My experience and perspective has led me to see how service-based industries are now being challenged to achieve high customer satisfaction in quality and timely service while operating on slim profit margins with volatile resources.
