Milton Chang is Managing Director of Incubic and author of Toward Entrepreneurship. He was President/CEO of Newport Corporation and New Focus Inc., which he took public. As an angel investor, including Newport and New Focus, the company he incubated provided six IPOs and seven acquisitions, none failed. And 40% of the companies he co-invested with VCs were successful. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the California Institute of Technology, and a member of the SEC Advisory Committee on Small and Emerging Companies.
