Min Fan is one of the co-founders of our company.Mr. Fan has been a member of our board of director since October 2006 and has served as the Vice Chairman of the Board since March 2013. Mr. Fan has served as our President since February 2009. He also served as our Chief Executive Officer from January 2006 to February 2013, as our Chief Operating Officer from November 2004 to January 2006, and as our Executive Vice President from 2000 to November 2004.
