MJ Eng is a co-founder and the president of [ShoeDazzle](https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/shoedazzle#/entity), an online e-commerce website that offers personalized ladies footwear handpicked by professionals. Previously, he was an instructor at [UCLA Extension](https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/ucla-extension) as well as a partner of [10x Interactive](https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/10x-interactive). Prior to 10x Interactive, Eng worked as the principal consultant at [Neudesic](https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/neudesic#/entity). He has also served [RPI](https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/rpi#/entity) and [Sapient](https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/sapient#/entity), holding positions as project manager.
