I’ve spent most of my career building and growing software companies—sometimes successfully, sometimes not. I started in engineering, but what really drew me in wasn’t just the code—it was the problem-solving mindset. That curiosity led me to co-found a software company, where I quickly learned that building a business is far messier than building a product. I made my share of mistakes early on: launching too fast, underestimating go-to-market challenges, solving the wrong problems. But each misstep became a lesson that I’ve carried with me ever since. Over time, I’ve gravitated toward roles where the path forward is unclear—where structure hasn’t been built yet, and success depends on asking the right questions before chasing answers.
