She’s led small and large technology companies in crafting their identities, acquiring new customers, and driving loyalty and growth. As Senior Director of Customer Success at Elance-oDesk, Mollie built the company’s first lifecycle management program to increase retention and activity among high value customers. She initially joined oDesk as Director of Product Marketing, launching new products and engaging with millions of customers globally across online and offline channels. Prior to oDesk, she was part of the founding team for PayPal’s Merchant Services business, leading the Merchant Acquisition and Customer Engagement divisions.
