Monica has over 15 years of experience in marketing, business development, communications, and community relations. Prior to joining J.S. Held, she was Vice President of Marketing and Community Affairs with BMO Financial Group. Monica also worked for a construction consulting firm where she led business development, branding, and client relations efforts. Monica is active in her community and serves on the Board of Directors of the Children’s Dream Fund, a not for profit agency dedicated to making dreams come true for children with life threatening illness. Monica is also a Founding Partner of Social Venture Partners of Tampa Bay which brings together philanthropists for the purposes of collaborative funding and consulting to strengthen non-profits in the community. She holds a MBA degree from the University at Buffalo where she studied Marketing and Management.
