Morgan Callagy

Morgan Callagy, who joined VSS in 1996, is a Partner in the General Partner of the VSS funds and heads the London office. Mr. Callagy leads all aspects of VSS’s European activities, including new business development, portfolio management and monitoring, fundraising and supervision of the Firm’s London office. In 1999, Mr. Callagy moved to London to assist in the establishment of the firm’s London office to accelerate the Firm’s European investment activities. Since joining VSS in 1996 he has played a key role across multiple sectors in many of VSS’s international equity, mezzanine and structured capital investments including: IT-Ernity, Clarion, Zed, CSC Media Group, Berliner Verlag, Granada Learning, ITE Group, Ebiquity Plc, Pepcom, Fonecta, De Telefoongids, Mediatel, the formation of YBR, which encompassed the combination and refinancing of Fonecta, Mediatel and De Telefoongids, Yellow Book USA and Centaur Communications.
