Morten Heide Ph.D. served as Vice President of Research & Development Operations of Fisher BioImage ApS. Morten Heide came to BioImage in 1999 with an extensive experience in setting up and running screening operations. He had worked at NovoNordisk in managerial and specialist functions within drug screening where he fully automated the drug screening and established a secondary metabolite screening system. Prior to this, he was the Head of a biotechnology unit at the Danish Ministry of Agriculture focusing on development of diagnostic screening methods and screening programs. Morten Heide has a PhD in Plant Pathology from the Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University in Copenhagen.
