Nathalie Faure Beaulieu joined European Capital in 2005 as a Managing Director in the London office. She joins the firm from Mezzanine Management U.K., where she was a Managing Director and member of the Investment Committee for European Investments. Her deal responsibilities included origination, structuring, syndicating and management of investments, representing Mezzanine Management on the Boards of Directors of portfolio companies where appropriate. Ms. Faure Beaulieu was originally in charge of developing Mezzanine Management's French office, which opened in 1995. Prior to joining Mezzanine Management in 1992, Ms. Faure Beaulieu worked at DG Investment Bank in London. She has deal experience in the U.K., France, Germany, Benelux, Italy, and the U.S. Since 1990 Ms. Faure Beaulieu has participated in 26 mezzanine transactions worth more than €315 million.
