About

Nav co-founded Silicon Laboratories in August 1996 and led the firm’s IPO in March 2000. Nav has served as Chairman of the Board since the founding of Silicon Laboratories and was CEO through the end of 2003. Prior to Silicon Laboratories, Nav held various positions at Crystal Semiconductor and Cirrus Logic, including Vice President of Engineering. Nav started his career at AT&T Bell Labs as a member of the technical staff. He currently serves as CEO of Ketra, enabling the next generation of intelligent lighting solutions. Nav holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Dearborn and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. Nav founded the Sooch Foundation that helps economically disadvantaged people in Austin through increased educational opportunities.
