Ned Carlson

Ned Carlson is the Board Director of Xora Inc. He is also a Managing Director of Dawntreader Ventures and has been with the team since its inception in 1998. Prior to Dawntreader Ventures, Ned held various positions in the investment banking division of UBS Securities. During his time at UBS, he advised technology clients on all facets of the capital raising and initial public offering process. He holds a Degree in Government from Harvard College. In addition to serving as a Director and Chairman of Xora, Ned currently serves as a Director of Peer39. Ned is also, A former Advisor to the Board of MortgageIT (IPO, NYSE: MHL) , A former Director of InterSAN (acquired by Finisar, Nasdaq: FNSR) , Colloquis (acquired by Microsoft, Nasdaq: MSFT) , ProactiveNet (acquired by BMC Software, NYSE: BMC) .
