Mr. Bair is an experienced market access and reimbursement executive with more than 25 years of strategic, operational and commercial leadership in the pharmaceutical sector. Previously, he was Director, Payer Strategy & Marketing at Gilead. Prior to his time at Gilead, he spent 12 years at Amgen where he served as Executive Director, Access & Reimbursement for the Rheumatoid Arthritis, Cardiovascular, Bone Health and Oncology business units. In the six years prior to Amgen, he worked in Marketing and Market Access at Eli Lilly. His experience in pricing and reimbursement, contracting, call center hubs, government policy and health economics spans many therapeutic areas, more than a dozen brands, and multiple product types (small molecule and biologic), payer types (commercial, Medicare, Medicaid), benefit designs (pharmacy and medical) and product lifecycle stages (pipeline and inline).
