Over the last decade Neil has seen the transformation sweeping Africa, Asia and the Middle East and the sustained secular improvement in the economic infrastructure. Actis’s commitment to wealth creation and strong social values attracted Neil to join the firm. As Head of Investor Development he works closely with Actis’s investment community supporting their decision making and partnering with them to ensure their expectations are met. Neil spent a number of years at Citigroup in New York and London as a business head within Citi’s Alternative Investments business, which at its peak managed more than $100B in assets. Neil was a member of the business leadership group, leading a team working on product development, sales, client service and AI research.
