Neil has 50 years experience in the IT industry. Prior to 1993, he was CEO and director of Paxus Corporation, an Australian publicly listed IT company, Following the merger in 1993 of Paxus with The Continuum Company in Texas, he moved to become Executive Vice President of Continuum. In 1996 Continuum was acquired by Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and he became Executive Vice President of CSC's Financial Services Group. Since 1999, Neil has participated in a number of public and private companies in the IT industry both as an investor and director in New Zealand and Australia. Neil is a director of Culloden Investments and Heartland Investments and its associated subsidiaries in New Zealand and also HealthNet Investments in Australia. He is also an Operating Partner in Pioneer Capital. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science (Maths) from the University of Auckland.
