Neil is a Partner and the Chair of Vancouver-based Clark Wilson LLP's Technology and Intellectual Property Practice Group. His practice includes outsourcing and complex licensing and alliance transactions in the information technology sector as well as counselling clients on identifying, protecting, enforcing and commercializing their trademark, domain name, copyright, trade secret and other valuable intellectual property rights, and performing intellectual property due diligence in merger, acquisition and financing transactions.
