Neil is Founder and General Partner of Proximity, a fund focused on US and SEA based investments. Neil was Co-Founder & Partner at Arrive and was previously the Head of New Ventures at Roc Nation, a diversified business founded by JAY-Z. Neil led Arrive’s direct investments in Ethos Life, Sweetgreen (NYSE: SG), Robinhood (NASDAQ: HOOD), Kopi Kenangan, Noom, Supergreat, SpaceX, Landis, Workstream, Epic Games, Mos, Ironclad among many others. Before joining Roc Nation, Neil founded a businesses aimed at creating opportunities at the intersection of technology and creative. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs where he, in his most recent role, worked in the structured products group. He served on the board of directors of the content streaming service, TIDAL, prior to the majority ownership being acquired by Block Inc (NYSE: SQ). He also served on the board of directors of the Shawn Carter Foundation.
