Nicholas founded Aliante Partners in May of 2006. Prior to founding Glider, has been responsible for Finance in Principle Gescofin Srl, a private holding company specialized in investments in SMEs. Earlier, Nicholas worked for two years in the London office of Meliorbanca Gallo & Co., in the Merchant Banking Division, and four years in the Investment Banking division of West LB Panmure, where he worked in both M & A and Equity Capital Markets Nicholas holds a dual degree in Economics at the University of Milan and that of Bristol. He received three years after the WestLB Panmure Analysts training program and also obtained the qualification FSA
