Nico Helling

Nico Helling joined the circle of partners at VMCap in June 2013 and is a member of the Managing Board of Vorndran Mannheims Capital Advisors GmbH. The former Director at Montagu Private Equity LLP was responsible for an aggregated transaction value in excess of EUR 4.5 billion throughout his career. During his period at Montagu Private Equity, Nico Helling was responsible for Montagu's investment business in the German-speaking (DACH) region, as well as in Eastern Europe. He played a key role in successfully investing across these geographies as well as the development of a systematic approach to operational value creation for portfolio companies Nico Helling was a member of Montagu's management committee, the investment committee and the portfolio committee. Moreover, he held various board positions in Montagu portfolio companies amongst them Stabilus, Kalle, BSN medical and Euromedic. Prior to joining Montagu Private Equity at the beginning of 2002, he was a Partner at UBS Capital
