Nico is Open Innovation Principal for Partech and is responsible for supporting the fund’s Corporate Investors and Start-Ups in the portfolio, and scouting for new trends. He joined the team in early 2015. Before joining Partech, Nico was Head of Innovation and Business Development for Edenred, world leader in prepaid corporate services. For the UK subsidiary first and subsequently for HQ in Paris, he was responsible for internal and external innovation, bringing a number of new revenue generating products to market. He was in charge of the relationship between Edenred and Partech, Edenred being one of the fund’s Corporate Investors, and managed co-development and investment opportunities. He started his career in strategy consulting in Milan where he worked on internationalisation, M&A and new product development projects for large multinationals. Nico was also lecturer in Strategy at Bocconi University. He then moved to London where he managed an online hostel booking start-up for
