Nicolas Macquin

Nicolas joined Vitruvian in 2017. He works across a number of sectors, including consumer & retail, business and digital services and leads the team covering France. Prior to Vitruvian, Nicolas was a Partner at Alpha Private Equity Group in Paris and Geneva. Over 15 years, he was responsible for the execution and monitoring of investments across a wide range of industries in Europe. His core focus was primarily on the investments in consumer products, retail and digital markets as well as business services. Nicolas is also a dynamic business angel in France and in several emerging markets. Nicolas started his career in 1998 advising on Mergers & Acquisitions for Morgan Stanley in London. He holds a BA in Entrepreneurship from HEC-Paris and earned an MBA from INSEAD.
