Before founding ASCA Capital in 2021, Niels was working at Deloitte Corporate Finance in Denmark and from 2009-2021 in Dubai. Niels was the head of M&A Advisory for Deloitte in the Middle East from 2018 to 2021, where he advised many private equity funds, family offices, sovereign wealth fund, pension funds, high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and corporates on M&A transactions. Niels is also an investor in some startups in Denmark in a private capacity.
