Nikhil Mulchandani is the Managing Partner at Ixora Ventures where he focuses on lead analysis, deal structuring and portfolio management. Currently, Nikhil also serves on the board of Argus Integrated Systems and Warranty Asia. Prior to founding Ixora Ventures, Nikhil worked with the M&A department of a multinational in the energy infrastructure sector. He was an integral part of the team that structured the company’s USD 75 million fund aimed at channelizing capital towards infrastructure projects in the MENA region. Further, he has spent two years with the KPMG Corporate Intelligence team, which was responsible for advising clients in private equity and venture capital sector. Nikhil holds a joint degree in Law and Business from the University of Warwick and a Master’s degree from the IE Business School in Madrid. Additionally, Nikhil has also participated in Executive Education and Academic Exchanges at Harvard Business School, London School of Economics and IIM.
