Nikhila Ravi

Nikhila is a Research Engineer at Facebook AI Research focussing on fundamental Computer Vision research and is one of the founding members of the Women in AI ERG championing inclusion initiatives within the AI group at Facebook. She has a BEng and MEng from the University of Cambridge and spent a year focussing on AI and data science as a Visiting Scholar at Harvard University on a Kennedy Scholarship from the U.K. Nikhila has worked on a number of social good and inclusion initiatives in the past: she spent a summer in Delhi co-organizing a global AI for Education challenge in collaboration with the Govt of India and top tech companies, and a few years ago while in London, lead the nationwide program for Code First: Girls, an organization dedicated to teaching coding to female university students and was recognized as one of the 25 women in tech under 25 to watch in London.
