Nikolaus invests in early stage ventures focusing on software, artificial intelligence, digitalisation and process optimisation, not only but mostly in Germany. Before converting himself into an angel investor, he co-founded and headed risk management solution provider IRIS Analytics, which was eventually acquired by IBM in 2015. Nikolaus holds a diploma in computer science from RWTH Aachen university, and fluently speaks German, English and Spanish.
