With a solid base in civil engineering as well as wide experience in investment, finance, and venture capital, Niv Sarne, CEO of ProSeed, is at home in both the Israeli and US business scene. His record includes an impressive collection of entrepreneurial projects in both countries. Prior to joining ProSeed in March 2007, he had his own private consulting firm Niv Sarne Consulting Ltd (N.S.C) specializing in corporate finance. Before, he worked at First Analysis Corporation with the chemistry-enabled businesses group in Chicago on venture capital, private equity, and M&A deals. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a B.Sc. in civil engineering from the Technion
