Nord Kapitalforvaltning AS was established in 2011 to provide investment advisory services for private equity funds. The company is the first and only private equity company focusing on buyout and capital growth strategy in Northern Norway. The company is headquartered in Tromsø and has six employees. The company currently manages two funds. Nord I consists of minority interests in seven different companies. Nord II has total committed capital of NOK 430 million and is currently being invested.
