Norman Molyneux

Norman has been Chief Executive of Acceleris Capital since founding the company in 2000. Norman holds numerous board positions with Acceleris client companies and Seneca Partners while also sitting on the University of Liverpool Management School Advisory Board and The London Stock Exchange North West Regional Advisory Group. Norman is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant, has a Masters Degree in Finance and Accountancy and is an FCA approved person. His transactional experience includes restructuring, MBO/MBIs, spin-outs, flotations, rights issues, open offers, seed investment and has advised on over 70 transactions raising over £100m and creating over 500 jobs across the North-West.
