NYC Seed is a New York City-based seed venture capital firm. It is a partnership between [ITAC](http://www.itac.org), [New York City Investment Fund](http://www.nycif.org), [The New York State Foundation for Science, Technology and Innovation](http://www.nystar.state.ny.us), [New York City Economic Development Corporation](http://www.nycedc.com) and [PolyTechnic University](http://www. poly.edu). It will provide up to $200,000 of investment to start-ups in New York. It has currently over $2,000,000 in funds.
